What you’ll do:
work with contracts (minor review, technical or fixed amendments, signing, etc.)
support day-to-day legal activities and operations of the company (work with corporate, commercial, labour, IP issues)
manage communication with the company’s agents and contractors
deal with internal documents (update flows, drafts, rules & regulations, etc.)
hold internal legal trainings for stuff
conduct legal analysis on various matters with respect to different jurisdictions (including Ukraine, Cyprus, EU, USA)
Our candidate:
is a graduate from the law faculty of a leading university or a student in his final years
has some experience as a paralegal or junior associate
has strong theoretical knowledge of commercial, contract, corporate and international private law
is fluent in English (business and legal vocabulary)
has strong business correspondence and communication skills
is ready and inspired to study and develop their hard and soft skills
is responsible, proactive, result- and growth-oriented, has a keen eye for detail
is interested in digital business and social media platforms operations
