To become #1 media publisher in the world, we’re looking for a Chief Financial Officer.
What you’ll do:
actively participate in Group structuring and tax planning;
overview the Group audit performed by one of the big-4 companies;
develop and maintain control environment to balance between business speed and procedural sufficiency;
strengthen the internal financial processes and infrastructure needed for the substantial growth and evolution of business;
support business project teams with sound and comprehensive financial information;
manage the cash of the company to ensure liquidity and adequate controls;
manage and develop the team: hire, retain and develop a professional and committed finance team.
Our candidate:
2+ years’ experience as CFO / Deputy CFO
successful experience at Big 4/10 audits and IFRS reporting
experience in managing a team of 5+ direct subordinates
experience in building the company's legal structure in 2+ jurisdictions
experience in automation of accounting, training, budgeting and other functions
CIMA, ACCA, CPA and other professional qualifications in Finance/Economics
experience in cooperation with international banks and payment systems
works in a decentralized format from head offices
